29 Weeks!

29 Weeks.  We've made it TWENTY NINE WEEKS today.

This is a huge milestone and it's one week closer to our penultimate goal of 32 weeks, ultimate goal of 34!  

In 5 weeks or less, we will meet Mister Noah.   I CAN wait but I am so very excited to meet him when he does arrive.  

We have had a great week, and a not so great week.  His growth was not what anyone expected, he's behind gestationally by 4 weeks.  Today he had a wonderful BPP with an 8/8.  But this afternoon his monitoring, normally 20-30 minutes, took over 2 1/2 hours because he had some deceleration of the heart.  One was pretty scary and prompted the nurse to call the resident doctor who called the maternal fetal medicine doctor.  We then had an hour of good readings, thank God.  There's a sliver of hope that I could go home - hoping today's readings didn't squash that completely.  But he's still inside and he's still growing.  Both good things.

So 5 more weeks.  Stay strong, stay inside and keep growing little man!
